1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and Omnipreneur Teknoloji ve Girişimcilik Limited Şirketi (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Nurvion (the “Service”), including our hosted platform or our marketing site at nurvion.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Contact: info@nurvion.com.
2. Description of the Service
Nurvion is an AI-powered investigation platform for IT operations. It can be used as a hosted service (e.g. app.nurvion.com) or self-hosted / on-premise. Features, availability and scope may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to infringe others’ rights, or to transmit harmful or malicious content. You are responsible for the data you submit and for ensuring you have the right to use and share it with the Service.
4. Accounts and security
You may need an account to use the hosted Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@nurvion.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Intellectual property
We own or license the rights in Nurvion (software, design, branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as provided. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the licence necessary to operate the Service (e.g. to process and store your data).
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we (and our affiliates, directors, employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business opportunity, arising from or in connection with the Service or these Terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred (100) USD, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. Where you are based outside Turkey, we may also agree to resolve disputes in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction to the extent consistent with these Terms.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
