1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is provided by Omnipreneur Teknoloji ve Girişimcilik Limited Şirketi (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates Nurvion, an AI-powered investigation platform for IT operations. You can contact us at info@nurvion.com.
2. Scope: Hosted and self-hosted use
Nurvion can be used in two ways. (A) Hosted service: when you use our hosted platform (e.g. app.nurvion.com), we operate the service and process data as described below. (B) Self-hosted / on-premise: when you deploy Nurvion on your own infrastructure, you are the data controller; we do not process your data. This policy applies to our hosted service and to information we collect via our marketing site (nurvion.com). For self-hosted deployments, your use of data is governed by your own policies.
3. Data we collect (hosted service)
When you use our hosted service we may collect: account and profile information (e.g. email, name, organisation); data you provide in investigations (incident descriptions, queries, time ranges); observability data (metrics, logs, traces) that you connect to Nurvion from your systems; and usage data (e.g. feature use, errors). We use this to provide, operate and improve the service, and to communicate with you.
4. How we use data
We use the data to run investigations, generate analyses and reports, store your configuration and history, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data. We may use aggregated or anonymised data for analytics and product improvement.
5. Storage and retention
Data is stored in infrastructure we control (or that of our processors). We retain account and investigation data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our marketing site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, analytics and preferences. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
7. Third parties
We may use service providers (e.g. hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf. We require them to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. If you connect third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), their use of data is governed by their respective policies.

Depending on applicable law (including KVKK in Turkey and GDPR where applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability or to object to processing.
